And now, a minute with the Word…

“If a man dies, shall he live again?” (Job 14.14). Much has been asked and speculated concerning Job’s and his contemporaries’ concept of the afterlife, or if they had any at all; and for that matter, how much did the Old Testament truly reveal on that subject? However limited the ancients’ understanding might have been, Jesus removed all doubt when He said, “An hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil to the resurrection of judgment” (John 5.28-29). So, where will YOU spend eternity?
