And now, a minute with the Word…

Abraham is praised throughout the Bible for his great faith, and he is a great example of faith for us.
Abraham had faith:

When he was alone (in a country that was not his own).
When he was told that something that seemed impossible would happen.
When he was promised something that seemed far-fetched.
When he was told to give up something of great importance (his son).

Because his faith never wavered, he was strengthened in faith, it was accounted him for righteousness, and God was ultimately glorified (vv. 20-22).
