And now, a minute with the Word…

If we had to rely on a man to justify, cleanse, and save us, we would be hopeless. Adam is a "type" for mankind - weak, fleshly, sinful, ultimately leading to death. Christ, however, was not merely a man. He is the perfect Son of God. Christ is the Savior of mankind - strong, spiritual, perfect, ultimately leading to life. Christ has given us the opportunity to be made righteous, He has brought hope into our lives, He has reconciled us to God, and He has justified us.

"Guilty, vile, and helpless we, Spotless Lamb of God was He; Full atonement, can it be? Hallelujah! What a Savior!"
