And now, a minute with the Word…

In 2 Corinthians 6.11, the apostle Paul wrote, “Our heart is wide open,” and that open heart is fully laid bare in chapter 12. “For I do not seek [what is] yours, but you” (verse 14). “And I will very gladly spend and be spent for your souls” (verse 15). “But we do all things, beloved, for your edification. For I fear lest, when I come, I shall not find you such as I wish…and I shall mourn for many who have sinned before and have not repented…” (verses 19-21). Paul did not just preach and write “love one another” (Romans 12.10; 13.8; Gal 5.13; Eph 4.2; Col 3.14; 1 Thessalonians 3.12; 4.9) — He lived it, and so must we!
