And now, a minute with the Word…

My mind is made up. Don’t confuse me with the facts. It would be funny if not so terribly sad; yet it wholly describes the enemies of Jesus, of whom we read in John 12. “The chief priests plotted to put Lazarus to death also, because on account of him many of the Jews went away and believed in Jesus” (v 10-11). “But although He had done so many signs before them, they did not believe in Him” (v 37). “Nevertheless even among the rulers many believed in Him, but because of the Pharisees they did not confess Him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue; for they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God” (v 42-43). Beware the hardened heart.
