And now, a minute with the word…

Joshua 21.45 — “None of the good promises the Lord had made to the house of Israel failed. Everything was fulfilled.” (CSB)

The promise that God made back to Abraham in the book of Genesis has been fulfilled. After they had been brought out of the land of Egypt they would return to Canaan (Genesis 15.14-16). This is just one of many promises God makes to His people that come to pass. All of God’s promises come to pass. These passages in the book of Joshua give encouragement to us to know that God keeps His promises. Jesus has promised to come back and take those who are His back with Him so they can be with Him for all eternity (John 14.1-3). Do you believe this? Continue to place your hope and your trust in God.

Romans 15.4 — “For whatever was written in the past was written for our instruction, so that we may have hope through endurance and through the encouragement from the Scriptures.” (CSB)
