“O dry bones, hear the word of the LORD . . . Thus says the Lord GOD: Behold, I will open your graves and raise you from your graves, O my people” (Ezekiel 37.4, 12). “Declared to be the Son of God in power according to the Spirit of holiness by his resurrection from the dead, Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 1.4). “We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life” (Romans 6.4). “An hour is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil to the resurrection of judgment” (John 5.28-29).
